Here in Utah, I hunt in the high desert and some areas do not have a water hole for miles. It's odd to me though because deer still frequent the area. So, what is a bowhunter to do to dial in the patterns more and possibly draw deer in? In this episode I talk about an option that involves burying a kiddie pool in the ground, now, this may not be allowed on public land in your area so you need to make sure you understand the laws. In my research, this was geared more towards private land owners. However, maybe there could be a natural way to promote water capture? Would love to hear your thoughts and open up this conversation.
