Episode 140 A.J. Hawk is a First Class Father and Former All-American NFL Linebacker who won the Lombardi Trophy with the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl 45. A.J. also won a National Championship during his freshman season with Ohio State. He retired from the NFL after 11 seasons and now works as a broadcaster and hosts a podcast of his own called The Hawk Cast.
