And so will I. 
The thing is, I don't want to wander around the rest of my days in a haze of misery over them. Do you?

Step 1 - acknowledge the truth - life is not a bowl full of chocolate-covered cherries. 
Step 2 - acknowledge more truth - there are some chocolate-covered cherries in the bowl 
Step 3 - focus on those yummy bonbons and the other, unpleasant stuff is less likely to bother you quite as much.

Now I'm hungry. :)
