Burnout happens when we are spending too much time in hyper-stressful environments, when our brains don't have space to think, when we don't have a proper plan in place, and when we are driven from a place of fear and lack. In this episode, I share with you the twelve stages of burnout identified by psychologist Herbert Freudenberger and how each stage leads us to physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion.
