My system measures distances optically and transmits this information as pressure on the fingertips with several pins.Imagine you have a small handheld device with several pins in your hand.This is Feelix, my system. Feelix, with two E's, as in the word “Feel”.Feelix can measure the distance to objects and people, such as a wall or a person. This distance is then transferred as pressure to your fingertips. The closer you get to the wall or person, the stronger the pressure on your fingers. This allows you to feel the distance to objects and people, even if you can't see them. And the best thing is: you don't have to touch them! It feels like you're touching them with your fingers, but in reality it's just pressure on your fingers. So you can't hurt or infect yourself.
