Kale discovered his passion for leadership while serving as an officer with the United States Air Force. Serving over 16 years of Active Duty, Kale found that the Air Force's leadership environment became increasingly unsustainable, virtually having to choose between his career and his family. After a small stint in the Air National Guard proved the same, Kale knew he needed to make a change and followed a burning passion for making a difference. Now Kale spends his days helping business owners develop leadership skills with the confidence to create more connected and productive teams with higher morale in the workplace.
