Today on Far From Perfect I'm talking with The Menopause Nutritionist, Dr. Jen Salib Huber. We are talking all things Pre/Post Menopause in reference to eating. She works with women recovering from a life of diet, so many of us are working hard to change our default programming in regard to diets. She breaks down what a diet cycle is and how it relates to women during this time. We talk about the actual definition of pre/post menopause. We also break down keto and fasting and what it's actually doing to our bodies and here's a secret it's nothing good! She tells us what she thinks is one of the most important lessons for women in this next part of life.
