After several years of working with women, I've realized that the more we can be in tune with our bodies, the better decision we can make. One thing that holds women back from knowing their own bodies is being on hormonal birth control. Breanne explains to us how the female menstrual cycle is our body's way of communicating to us and when our cycle is manipulated by outside forces, we are missing out on valuable information.
Breanne Kallonen has a Doctor of Naturopathy and Biomedical Science degrees. She shares her expertise with us and explains what actually is going on during the menstrual cycle. She is a huge proponent of testing over guessing so you and your doctor can get you not only feeling normal, but your absolute best.
