Nick T has the opportunity to talk with Bobbie Lee Crow III, the artistic director of iconiQ and the conductor of SeraSymphony and his experiences growing up as a fan of Sailor Moon and how that fused with his love of music. > Conductor, composer, and cellist Bobbie Lee Crow III has worked alongside singer-songwriter Blake Pfeil, ABC’s X-Factor finalist Khaya, Academy Award-winning director Tom Hooper, Japanese pop singer KIYOTAKA, and Tony Award-winner Patina Miller. His music credits include composition for the webseries How to Make It Big and the musical The Tale of Murasaki, score preparation for the film Denial, and performance on the Primetime Emmy-nominated series Elementary. An avid anime fan, Bobbie is the founder and Artistic Director of the anime, cartoon, and video game chamber ensemble iconiQ The Soundtrack Orchestra. He currently works at multi-award-winning composer Howard Shore’s music publishing company.
