Dips. Dips. Dips!
And, when I say that, you know in my head I’m also thinking, guac, guac, guac! There are many reasons to love a good dip… there are also many reasons to fear some of our favorite ones. Like most decadent things, their ingredients can look fresh on the outside but be scary on the inside.
What’s a healthy, party-goer, dip loving person to do?
1. Make your own and share
2. READ the labels
3. Ask questions - I will often ask people how they made things as I tell them how wonderful their dip was to find out if I should dig in for more or not
This week on the podcast, I’ll be chatting about reading nutrition labels, some ideas on what to dip in the dips, what’s on my meal plan this week and of course answering questions from the audience.
