We all need to find that one thing that works for us to organize how we do things in our lives. From our morning routine all day until our evening routine, we each figure out systems that work for us. I find this to be true at the office, at the gym, with my fam, with my friends, and of course especially in the kitchen!
3 aha moments that happened for me recently:
- Frozen meat takes longer to cook in the crockpot — great for long work days away from the house!
- Warming seasonings in the pan before you put in your veggies or protein increases the flavor - so does adding just a touch more at the end before you serve.
- Hiding veggies is awesome.
