Ephesians 1:1-5; 6:1-4You need to know today that if you follow after Jesus, that you are Fathered.  If you are truly a child of God, then you will look like your Father. How do you do that?  You must spend time with Him.   You need to be in His word.   You need to do what He tells you to do.   You cannot rebel against Him.  You need to act like joint heirs, not trust fund kids.   You bear the name of Jesus as Christian; therefore, you must represent Him in everything you do.The most important person in your life is your father.  He has more power than anyone to influence you – for good or for evil.  Hearing the word “father,” does it conjure up amazing memories, or does it cause you to sense loss because he has abandoned, betrayed, failed you?  What kind of father are you or will you be?  Why not strive to become like Father God. And bless your children the way He has blessed you?
