Richard and Linda Eyre are on opposite sides of the United States, both spending time with children: Linda for a granddaughter's concert and Richard for his "Fathers and Future Fathers of Eyrealm" retreat. 

They talk about how parenting changes -- and in some ways stays the same -- after children have moved away from home. Richard talks about how to shift relationships with children to one as friends instead of as dependents. 

The Eyres also stress the importance of having a strategy for how to stay connected with your children and family no matter what stage of life you are at.
