Leon Lineback is the founder and CEO of two companies, Keystone Construction LLC and Blue Jay Garage Doors LLC. He grew up on a farm and started working in construction at age 16. He shares his lessons learned from construction such as delegating trust but verifying, being humble, and having a growth mindset. Leon believes that the American dream is about being faithful to God, family, and the people around them.
