The teens discuss making homemade ice cream, lemonade stands, creative businesses, and fun adventures that cost nothing to very little. The sedentary lifestyle of kids and the ubiquitous use of technology is leading to obesity, diabetes, and other diseases and our girls are adamant about changing that scene. They advocate getting up, getting out, and getting active. Ride bikes, hike, walk, run, throw Frisbees, swim, surf, skate! The fragrance of flowers fills up the expanse to the bright blue sky.
