In Protogenesis: Before The Beginning, cultural fiction and ancient mythology converge in modern-day Greece. Before Alysia traveled to Greece for research she found a photo online of a man for whom who protagonist is modeled. Coincidently she meets the man, Kostas Martakis, an award-winning Platinum Greek Recording Artist.
