In this episode, host Rachel Buchanan, Experience Jackson Marketing & Development Manager, welcomes Chad Schedeler, one of the owners of Forty Nine South, a LITERAL old school venue, constructed in 1949; home to South School. In the 1980s, the building became a Masonic lodge, then reopened to the public in 2017 as Forty Nine South. Their mission was to restore the facility to its former glory and maintain its history of service to the community. Now, the completely renovated venue combines the vintage charm of the original primary school with the modern amenities required to treat your guests to a one-of-a-kind event experience.
