TJ has enjoyed an amazing career in technology. After years as an executive for several global IT organizations he founded NouvEON Technology Partners. NouvEON scaled rapidly over 8 years before TJ sold the company to an international buyer (in a great exit) in 2011. After the success of NouvEON, TJ started Shoeless Enterprises as a consulting, coaching, advisory services, and investment firm.
