Scott is the Owner/Operator of Mount Holly's newest restaurant, Firehawk Brewpub, which is set to open in the coming weeks. Scott has over 15 years in the restaurant industry. He has lived in Mount Holly for most of his life, graduating from East Gaston HS in 1994.
