Kev and Jerry give props to the school board, and RAIL against the Supervisors and their ill conceived and completely unplanned "plans" for the RCC. Jerry reveals that they're just writing checks to cover costs, and have ZERO plan for cost containment. Jerry also lets fly with the first "F" word on Underground airwaves because he's so pissed.
