But two years ago he decided to get help.  And as he sat across from me, in my office, he was on step 12 of the Alcoholics Anonymous program!  And even as he was about to put on Christ in baptism, and celebrate victory over Satan, he needed more.  He said, "Kris, 12 steps is not enough. I need the 13th step."  I want to tell you about that step today.  I want to ask you how far you have come, if you have found victory, and if you are truly enjoying the decision that makes it all hold in place: the 13th step.- what led Patrick to the waters of baptism- what is the right way to deal with pain and addiction- how was the 12 step program helped people heal their brokenness- why is a 13th step needed to truly make the road to recovery hold- are you caught in something scary and need a community of believers to help
