Today’s episode ironically enough, was inspired by a pimple🤦🏽‍♀️ Yes, I know..a pimple. Let me explain. In different areas of our lives, over time we have collected some things. Wounds and/or trauma from the past, bad habits, and also outdated beliefs that no longer serve us. And just like how a pimple takes time to dissolve, going through the process of unpacking these things may take a while as well. We’ll have times where some of the gunk is released, but the pain from the past, bad habit, or outdated mindset still remains. And in some cases things may actually get worse before they get better. But at any rate, we have to remember that change is happening, but it’s going to be a process.
