Okay, I know this is crazy long but I took an evening to sit down with two of my favorite creative people I have worked with, and that is none other than Oscar Tijerina and Wayne Hartman. Both are super creative from 2 very diverse backgrounds. Wayne is super technical and Oscar comes from the Design world but both are equally creative. This conversation breakdown the notion that creativity is part of a title and explains how it is a necessary part of every title. From developer to designer to business leader, creativity is part of every human being.
