The Ever Evolving Podcast is a space that I have created to connect with people over topics relating to self development, mental health, spirituality, astrology, the universe and so much more! 
A bit about me, growing up I struggled with my mental health before I even knew that mental health was a thing! Since beginning my healing journey, I have felt very passionate about speaking up on the topic of mental health as it was, and still can be, marked as taboo! In 2020 (covid-19 lockdown times), I experienced a coming home to myself which I could only describe as a spiritual awakening, or reawakening. The title 'Ever Evolving' comes from my realization that in this life there is much death and rebirth, we are constantly evolving into different versions of ourselves, if we do not resist the process!
