Back with our vision roadblocks series with #5, Vision Alignment. We've been building to this episode for a while and with good reason - it is certainly the pinnacle of the roadblocks as without alignment, the wheels will most certainly fall off. Kyle and Aseem give examples and stories from their careers, and delve deep into the psyche change that can happen when alignment is not the mission. Further, there is significant discussion on player development in an aligned program v. in a misaligned program, which can then work to get us further on or off track.
