Listen "62. Stalling vs. Turnout (Ft. Shelby Dennis)"
Episode Synopsis
Hi All🌞🌎
In this episode, I have a conversation with Shelby Dennis to discuss all things Stalls vs. Turnout. Is one better than the other? What are the costs & benefits of each? When do you do which? Which is ethical & which is practical? All covered & answered to the best of our ability in this episode! Do try to keep in mind that all of our opinions & horse-related philosophies are ever-evolving. If you stall your horse, this episode is not to shame you or make you feel guilty. But to instead, provide you with some research, opinions, and an open conversation around another way to do things. Then, when you see both sides, you can make an informed decision about what you'd like to do with your horse. If your circumstances are not ideal, that's ok, too. But I do think we should all be moving toward what's best for the horses and not necessarily what's the most convenient for us. It's all a process as we all never stop being students of the horse(:
