A Heathy approach and a Positive attitude towards life does not come easily to the average person. We are subject to the whims of our emotions. But it is important that we, as Children of GOD, maintain an optimistic attitude toward life.
When you wake in the morning, your first responsibility is to take positive control of your thoughts and to Thank GOD for the privilege of a New Day and for All His Blessings.
It requires an act of will to start every day with True Thanksgiving, but the benefits are worthwhile.
