Mary J. White is a former broadcast journalist in Seattle, and the author of two cannabis cookbooks. She also teaches cooking classes called “Cooking With Cannabis,” which have even been introduced into some college curriculums. She talks to Jonathan about her life prior to entering the cannabis industry, and the events that led to her decision to begin cooking with the healing plant. Mary, who had been struggling with chronic pain, experienced remarkable relief after trying a cannabis infused cookie.
