In today's message, I explore the phrase "get rich quick." I ask the question, should we avoid the idea of getting rich quick?Most of us get that riches don't necessarily come quickly. We have to put in the time and work to bring about great wealth.But the notion I want to question is the implication in this statement -- which is that we aren't already rich. In her book E-Squared, Pam Grout writes, “By trying to get rich, we are devoting our minds to the idea that we’re not already rich. Consequently, we’ve decided in advance to be broke.”I don't know about you, but that's NOT a decision I'm on board with.
