I sit here
dwelling in my mind
for, I cannot find
any place outside
that I want to go.

At times,
it's a hazy place
without quiet,
and I tend to run
from the noise.

Yet, inherently, I know
that there is no
such thing as running,
for running stirs a storm.

Only with beautiful noise
can I sedate the storm
to create a Calm
of my inner turmoil.

A Calm storm
slumbers in stillness
suspended
in the warmth
and amniotic safety
of my blue headspace.

There, I remain clear
to recover the noise
uncover the noise
discover the noise
as Words
for understanding
and for letting go..
