Three female athletic directors, Triva Corrales (Judson ISD), Suzette Arriola (East Central ISD) and Rose Ann Martinez (Harlandale ISD), join high school sports reporter David Hinojosa for a San Antonio Express-News High School Roundtable discussion on how they became athletic directors, how they manage in a male-dominated field and issues they have faced in their ascension to their schools’ top athletic position. The roundtable, in conjunction with Women’s History Month, is part of an ongoing series examining off the field issues for high school sports throughout the San Antonio community.
