Once she graduated High School, she was on a track in college to obtain her degree in Construction, which was the exact career industry she wanted to pursue. 
Since only 10% of women make up the construction industry, there were some hard hills and valleys for Tonia to go through, but she prevailed and has made it her mission to help other working mothers to do the same.
