Dean Gordon is an accomplished educator who has
made significant contributions to the field of education. In 2015, he assumed the position of Head of School at Grinling Gibbons Primary School. Dean's vision played a pivotal role in the 2021 relaunch of Grinling Gibbons and Lucas Vale Primary when they merged under the name of the Phoenix Federation. He was later appointed as Federation Headteacher in 2022. Dean strongly advocates for race equality. His efforts have seen Grinling Gibbons awarded the Gold Race and
Conscious Equality Charter Mark and Lucas Vale a Silver award.
