Hello everyone! I am participant of a leadership exchange program called Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program. As a CEE fellow I am doing my three-months practicum with Ombudsman Chicago High Schools. I found Ombudsman's Social and Emotional Wellbeing Department very interesting. Within this practicum I decided to launch a podcast project that invites diverse mental health professionals to be guests and talk about different mental health issues that students face at school and suggest practical strategies that can help students to deal with them.
