A fair question to ask a relatively new church is, "Why does there need to be another one?" There are currently less than 200 Starbucks in the state of South Carolina. There are more than 1,200 churches in the greater Columbia area alone. So yeah, why did we think there needed to be another one? Over the next several weeks we are going to walk through our answer to that question as we unpack the vision of Emmaus Church.
