Often, one of the least helpful things we can hear when we're feeling stress or tension is to just relax. Fortunately, there's another way in. Through body language, breath, and gentle visualization, we can lure ourselves out of a state of muscle-tensing high alert and toward ease, and it doesn't have to take long. Today's Embodied Meditation is a short, 10-minute practice you can use anytime you'd like to shift your energy.
