On this episode, I am talking with my friend, Maria Borghoff. Her and I met several years ago in the local yoga community. I've attended as well as co-hosted workshops with Maria, and always feel super inspired after being in her presence. Maria has studied with master teachers of Integral Yoga, Qigong, Tibetan Buddhism, Ayurveda, Reiki, Classical Music, Death Support, Mental Health Advocacy, and Social Work. As the director of Rhythm Art & Yoga School, Maria provides personal and professional mentorship through yoga teacher training and healing artist residency. Maria works with beginner students, established teachers, emerging artists, and licensed therapists. She spends her time singing, writing, dancing, making music, and creating art.
