Jill Hari began practicing yoga twenty years ago, and delights in exploring how the connection of the postures and the breath transforms us. She enjoys studying all methods of yoga, and being creative in her approach depending on the needs of her students. Jill taught yoga in Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA before moving to Wilmington, NC. She is passionate about Ayurveda and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with all who are seeking good health and longevity. Jill offers Ayurvedic workshops, modules for yoga teacher trainings, and individual consultations. Consultations give clients the opportunity to be seen and heard as Jill takes an in-depth look at their constitution and current condition.
