Listen "Seeds: Hard Things & Glorious Things"
Episode Synopsis
Fall is a beautiful season. From the changing of the leaves to all things pumpkin spice, this season is filled with things we love. Then, to top it off, pumpkins, festive squash, and multi colored corn decorate our homes. We see and celebrate the signs of a bountiful harvest, but we didn’t see the sowing that came months before. We didn’t see the seeds that were planted by the patient farmer. We admire the beauty but the hard work is now invisible.
When we see someone walking in God’s provision, we may forget that they have been sowing “seeds” for a long time. What we are seeing now is simply the reaping of that harvest. This October is all about sowing and reaping.
What we do today impacts our future.
