Many times we begin a new year with certain expectations and aspirations only to see them be unmet and unrealized. The enthusiasm and excitement that was so motivating on the first day of the year doesn’t seem to be present on day number 247. The vision to bring change and create achievements has been replaced with routines and rituals that ultimately produce nothing of value.
