Episode Synopsis "Ray Kroc and the Turn-Key Revolution"

In 1954, while making his rounds as a milkshake mixer salesman, Ray Kroc came across a burger shop in San Bernardino, California. He was amazed by the efficiency that the shop was operating at. There was barely any wait time to receive the food and all of the workers were working seamlessly to provide excellent service to the customers. What started off as one small shop in San Bernardino has now transformed into a global franchise of over 38,000 restaurants in 118 countries serving 70 million people per day. In this episode of Elevation Conversations, I dive into how Ray Kroc was able to grow McDonald's to such a massive scale & how he created a revolution of forming a business into a replicable prototype through the utilization of business systems.
