It's my 6 month break-up-iversary, and although that's not necessarily something to celebrate, I am celebrating how much I've learnt and grown and processed in a relatively short period of time.
It is my belief that heart break is one of the hardest human experiences that one can face. Someone goes from your best friend, confidant, travel buddy and someone who you spend the most amount of time with in your life, to a stranger.
Processing that is fcking hard, let's call a spade a spade.
In this episode, I share 13 lessons I learnt from heart break and from a period of building myself back up, by myself. My hope is that if you are deciding whether to break up with someone, in the conversations of a break up, or have recently been through one that these lessons will help you a little bit.
