After his own battle with testicular cancer, Frank was inspired to create the organization and provide personalized gifts and experiences for over 300 young cancer fighters known as "Ballers." He has expanded the organization to seven states, traveling personally to each state to visit with every Baller several times and cultivating lifelong relationships with them and their families.Frank attended Wagner College, where he played Division 1 basketball and earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science. He spent over twenty years in the financial services industry, starting at Morgan Stanley in various roles and eventually becoming Regional Vice President in their managed money program. He moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and became a Private Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan and US Bank before joining Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2019.
