Listen "Ep.25 - Black History Month & Mental Health"
Episode Synopsis
Join us as we speak to Tina Onikoyi (M.S., LPC, NCC, BC-TMH), Founder and Clinical Director of The Center for Wellness. This week, we go on another vent session. We are here to discuss the taxing experience the black community has experienced in 2020. Furthermore, we wanted to discuss how we, in the BIPOC community, can navigate these trying times while being kind to ourselves and our mental health. Plus, Tina drops some knowledge on us: we are not minorities - we have been minoritized. Those are two very different things.
