Kimberly Deugan came to Advocates Against Family Violence, Inc., (AAFV) as a survivor, wanting to make a difference in the lives of others. She has passionately served the past 15 years as volunteer, Housing Coordinator and currently, as Executive Director. Kimberly takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategic development and inspirational leadership, fulfilling the mission of AAFV. She has successfully brought the organization to financial stability with expansion of programs and services to meet the demanding need for victim services. Her visionary perspective has earned her opportunities to serve on community boards and service organizations. When she is not leading and dreaming she is enjoying her family with five children, five grandchildren and an amazing husband.
