Have you ever been in stuck in traffic and a few people decide that they are in more of a hurry than everybody else and they decide to overtake in the wrong direction? Recognize the feeling as well?  Is it Anger, exasperation, blasé, ....Have you ever invited someone to a  date, and they are running very late?  Each time you call this person, you get the same response "I am close by... 5 min I will be there".  Then fifteen minutes go by,   thirty and before you know it, it is one hour..... and you are still buying time,  waiting.   When you call, the person tells you "I can even see you" And they finally show up after 90 minutes later?
