I try to simplify the concept by easy example in this meditation. If you are struggling to keep your focus in your meditation, this session helps you greatly. Please remember meditation practice will train your mind mussels and your attention span will increase after awhile.
Mindfulness means living in the moment and being fully aware of our inner and outer experiences. When you are mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them as good or bad.
Not being mindful is costly. More than 25 years of research reveals that mindlessness may be very costly to people. In these studies, researchers have found that an increase in mindfulness results in an increase in competence, health and longevity, positive affect, creativity, charisma, and reduced burnout, to name a few of the findings.
