Today meditation is about anger. In this episode, we talk about how to treat anger. Anger is defined as a strong feeling of dislike or displeasure. Anger is a natural, healthy emotion. However, it can get out of hand. Out of control and untreated Anger, can impede a person’s decision-making, damage relationships, and otherwise cause harm. Learning to control and manage anger can limit the emotional damage.
