Episode 4 of EdKnowledged is a real humdinger, and it has everything to do with our guest. Brad Douglas has been teaching at the junior level for a number of years with the ALCDSB. He's also a funny guy - it's doubtful you'd get through a full conversation with him without cracking up. I wanted to talk to him about how he uses a sense of humour in his classroom; for classroom management, building rapport, and finding levity in the margins of a school day. Luckily, he said sure.
