In this episode I was lucky enough to sit down with Erin Walker, who was most recently my supervisor and an altogether awesome human being. Erin recently retired from the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, where she inspired many with the importance she places on relationship. Whether as a classroom teacher, admin, or at the system level, her leadership is rooted in her mindfulness of others. I got to ask her about educational leadership, her inspirations, managing professional conflict, and more.
